AdMob & AdSense program policies

AdMob policy violation: Disabled app(s) or account

The AdMob Policy team is dedicated to ensuring that your app(s) comply with our policies. Additionally, all AdMob publishers must also comply with AdSense policies in order to use AdMob. The AdMob Policy team reserves the right to disable ad serving to your app(s) and/or disable your AdMob account at any time. If your account is disabled, you will not be eligible for further participation in the AdSense and/or AdMob program(s).

Appeal process for app-level violations

For app-level violations, you’ll be notified in the AdMob Policy center and via email. You can review the details of the violation in the Policy center of your AdMob account. Please carefully review the description on the violation and what steps, if any, you can take to fix the issue. Once you’ve made the appropriate changes to your app, you can request a review of your app in the Policy center. If your appeal is rejected, we suggest you review the policy details and the changes you have made again to ensure that the issue itself has been solved. After that, please submit another appeal for the violation through the Policy center.

Appeal process for account-level violations

For account-level violations, you’ll be notified via email. For details on the violation(s), please review the email that the AdMob Policy team sent you. If you missed this email, try searching the inbox of the email address associated with your AdMob account for emails from admob-noreply@google.com. Check your email account's spam filter to make sure the email wasn't mistakenly flagged as spam.

Review the notification email (which should include an issue ID) carefully for a description of the violation and what steps, if any, you can take to fix the issue. Once you've made the appropriate changes to your app, you can request a review of your app by submitting an AdMob policy appeal.
