[プライバシーとメッセージ] ページで IDFA メッセージを設定したら、ユーザーが IDFA 説明メッセージでトラッキングを許可すると iOS ATT アラートが自動的に表示されます。ただし、Info.plist を更新して、iOS ATT アラートの NSUserTrackingUsageDescription を設定する必要があります。
