Manage Account

Manage requests for network access

For child publishers using Multiple Customer Management

An admin user or technical account manager can accept or decline a Multiple Customer Management invitation for account management that comes from a parent publisher. Although you’ll be working directly with the parent publisher, you are required to have an Ad Manager account in order to uniquely identify your inventory.

If you receive an email invitation for access from another network, you can click the link in the email to open the Ad Manager Admin page and approve or reject the request.

Manage request in Ad Manager

  1. Sign in to Google Ad Manager.
  2. Click Admin and then Multiple Customer Management (MCM) to review all requests.
  3. Click on the name of a single network.
  4. Click Approve or Reject.

Only one parent publisher can use the Manage Account delegation type with your network.

If you're already approved as a child publisher, you can use this page to revoke access from your parent publisher at any time. Doing so enables you to approve a different network as a parent publisher, if desired.

Once accepted, payment preferences may take up to 24 hours to take effect.

Requests from Ad Manager 360 resellers

The following applies only if your network has been activated and is managed by an Ad Manager 360 reseller:

To activate Google monetization, the child publisher must accept the invitation for delegation from an Ad Manager 360 reseller.

End the agreement

Both the parent publisher and child publisher can end the agreement anytime after the agreement was accepted. This allows publishers to ensure their users and their users' data is processed securely by trusted partners.

If you are working with Ad Manager 360 Resellers, once the association with the parent is revoked, the your network will automatically lose access to the API and will stop serving ads until it is reconnected with an Ad Manager 360 Reseller partner.

You will retain UI access to the network for 90 days, in order to be able to accept a new MCM invitation an Ad Manager 360 Reseller. After 90 days, you will lose access to your Ad Manager account.

Contact your account manager or your MCM publisher parent to learn more.
