You can have reports run on a schedule you set. For example, you can create a report and schedule it to run every Monday at 8:00 AM.
When scheduling a report, you can choose to receive a notification when the report has run. Optionally, you can choose to receive an alert only if flags are triggered.
Schedule a report
- Sign in to Google Ad Manager.
- Click Reporting, and then Interactive reports.
- Create a new report, or select an existing report, and then click Schedule.
Note: To use "schedule," a report needs at least one metric. - Choose the report’s frequency, such as "Daily."
Tip: If you choose "Weekly" or "Monthly," you can select multiple dates. - Select start and end dates.
Your report will begin running as scheduled on the start date, and will stop on the end date. - Choose a delivery notification option:
- Always email on the scheduled date: You receive an email indicating report completion on the date you selected.
- Only email when rows are flagged: You receive an email if the conditions you set for selected flags you created are met. Check the boxes for the flags you want to include.
- Don’t email: View in Ad Manager: No email is sent. You can view scheduled reports in the table under "Interactive reports."
- Click Save.
To cancel a scheduled report, under "Frequency," select None and then Save.
View your scheduled reports
You can review all your scheduled reports on the "Interactive reports" page. The process is similar to viewing any of your previous reports, with a few additional options for scheduled reports:
- Sign in to Google Ad Manager.
- Click Reporting and then Interactive reports.
- To view how frequently a scheduled report runs, check the "Schedule" column.
Unscheduled reports show "-". - To view past runs of a scheduled report, next to the report name, click .
By default, the first 8 runs of the last 40 days are shown. To view up to 20 runs, you can click View more. Note that "expired" runs of the report don’t show. - To review the previous results, under "Scheduled runs," click a date.
Tip: In the results, use the filter and sort options to organize the data for review. Learn more about changing the report layout, which applies to past runs of scheduled reports as well.
