Below are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about the Policy center.

I’ve fixed my site or app based on the policy enforcement details. Why can I still see an enforcement in my Policy center?

You’ll need to request a review of your site or app before the enforcement can be removed. Follow the steps for requesting a review.
Note: The Request review button will be inactive if your site has been reviewed and rejected several times recently. Check the date provided to find out when you can request another review for your site.

If a policy enforcement for a site or app is not shown in the Policy center, does that mean the site or app is in compliance with program policies?

Not necessarily. The Policy center shows sites or apps that our review processes detected as violating one or more Program policies. While we’re constantly working to improve those processes, they can't detect every issue. We may notify you outside the Policy center if we detect an issue through other means.

Does the Policy center show all sites and apps found to be in violation of the Google Program policies?

No. The Policy center shows violating sites and apps that have generated ad requests in the last 7-10 days. Certain sites and apps (for example, those with very low daily traffic) will not appear in the Policy center. You're responsible for ensuring that your sites and apps comply with our Program policies at all times. We suggest that you regularly check your sites and apps for compliance.

Google Multiple Customer Management (MCM) accounts

Who is getting informed in case of any policy violation (the Parent or Child)?

Policy violations are shared in Ad Manager, under the Policy center within the Child account. For Google Multiple Customer Management (MCM) Manage Account (MA) delegation type the Parent can view the Child account, and would see policy violations within the Child account. For Google Multiple Customer Management (MCM) Manage Inventory (MI) delegation type the Parent cannot view the Child account, only the Child can see the violation.

Who is responsible for fixing the policy violation, Parent or Child?

For Google Multiple Customer Management (MCM) Manage Account (MA) delegation type the Parent could review the violations, fix any issues and request an appeal from the Policy center. For Google Multiple Customer Management (MCM) Manage Inventory (MI) delegation type the Child could review the violations, fix any issues and request an appeal from the Policy center.

Who receives the enforcement notification (the Parent or Child)?

If a Child account is terminated for a traffic or policy violation, the Parent is not currently notified, but the Child is.

Can an enforcement action from one Child affect the other Child of the same Parent?

No, the enforcement action is that ad serving is restricted on the page, site or app of the Child who received the notification, and it should not affect other Child of the same Parent.
