Copy an order

Copying orders and what happens after duplication

You can copy an entire order and all its line items. Copying can be useful if you need to create a similar order. You can copy any order you have access to, regardless of its status, even if you did not originally create the order.

Copying orders with large numbers of line items and corresponding creatives may lead to the error, "Unable to copy. Select fewer items and try again." If you receive this error, copy entities in smaller batches.

Copy an order

  1. Sign in to Google Ad Manager.

  2. Click Delivery and then Orders.

  3. Click the name of an existing order or select multiple orders that you want to copy.

  4. There are three options for copying orders on the selection bar above the list of orders:
    • Copy order with creatives: Copy both the order and its associated creatives, so that new creatives are added.

    • Copy order without creatives: Copy the order and settings but not its creatives.

    • Copy order and share creatives: Copy the order and associate the new order with the same creatives as the original order.
