PLEASE HELP!! CAN'T RECOVER PASSWORD!!

PLEASE HELP!! CAN'T RECOVER PASSWORD!! 

I have been locked out of my personal Gmail account for 3 days. I keep doing the "forgot password" process and have successfully verified my backup email account and verification code. My personal Gmail is setup to many other accounts that I use for work and it's stopping me from making my money. This is a pandemic and I am in between jobs so I need this account so I can continue to make money from my other source of income. 

I am SO frustrated. I am using the same computer that I mostly use to login and am in the same area it doesn't make sense for this to not work and let me reset my password so I can get access to my personal email.  I have access to my personal email on my iphone, but it won't let me log in on my computer. PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME!! PLEASE!

The only account recovery option Google provides starts at https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery  (accounts can not be recovered through this forum or by contacting Google).  Assuming you posted here because account recovery isn’t working, researching more accurate answers and using a known computer/IP-address will help.  You also need to read the following resources:
Unfortunately, if you can’t use the provided method to prove ownership of the account Google will not give it to you.
 
Anyone else having a similar problem needs to create their own thread for their situation as this thread is only for the original poster's case.

 I have done and tied everything. I am using the same computer that / always use to login Gmail. I really need help so I can continue to get work done among other things. I can do anything needed to prove that the account is mine. I don't understand why it is not verifying that the account is mine. It doesn't make sense. This is so frustrating and I'm trying to stay calm for the past few days. Please help me. It looks like there is an AR form (see image below) that I am available. Can you please tell me how to get access to it?

Also, you helped someone else and told them you would assist them by contacting the Google team having them do a manual review of the case (see image below). Can you please do the same for me? PLEASE. The account is mine and I've done everything I can to prove it. Any other verification or information that you need I can 100% provide it. 

Please help me.

What exact questions are you being asked as you go through the recovery process?   Which ones are you sure you are answering correctly?

When did you last access the account on the computer you are using to try and recover it?

1) It tells me that it has to verify that the account is mine to keep it secure. I click "Next".

2) It prompts me to enter my password that apparently I forgot. I click "Forgot password?"

3) It usually asks me to enter the last password that I remember and then asks me to enter my backup email so they can send me a verification code. (As of today that doesn't seem to be happening anymore.)

4) After I enter to verification code that is sent to my backup email it says "Google can't verify that the account belongs to you at this time" or something similar with more words.

5) I tried to log in twice this morning, and after Step 2) It just straight up tells me "Google can't verify that this account belongs to you."

I don't know why my password isn't working. I must have changed one number or something and can't remember, but I KNOW that the password that I remember is extremely close.

I also got logged out of both my personal and business Gmail account earlier this month and had this problem, but I had success getting logged into my business account and it automatically logged me into my personal account as well. I immediately changed and recorded a new password for my email and apparently, I only changed my business account email, and not my personal because that password isn't working for my personal email too. This is crazy. My personal email account is linked to my Youtube channel that I make some money on, I am in between jobs and that is literally the only money I am received while I'm on my job search. I can't login to my Youtube account because of this. I can video chat with a Google representative and show that I am the same person who owns my Youtube channel (or ANYTHING ELSE THAT IS NEEDED TO PROVE I AM THE OWNER OF THIS ACCOUNT). I can't upload anymore videos because of this situation. 😣Recruiters and hiring managers email me for jobs on my personal email and I can only see my personal email on my iPhone which is a very inconvenient way of communication and sending attachments (resumes, work samples, etc.). I am also using the exact same computer that I always use for my personal email. I am in the same house and room too.

I believe April 25th is the last time I logged into my personal email and was able to access my personal email because I started having this problem on April 26th. I greatly appreciate the security, but this is stressful. Please help me prove to you that this is my personal email account.

There is one final thing you can try.  I have contacted Google to initiate a manual review of your case.  You will be contacted by Google in a day or few at the e-mail address for the account you are using to post to this forum.  Watch for the message (don’t forget to check spam and the inbox category tabs if enabled) and reply promptly with the requested information.

There aren’t any other options available beyond this manual review by Google.  This is basically your final option for trying to prove ownership and recover the account.  If you can’t prove ownership, then the account is lost.
 
What to expect:
  • As noted above, you’ll receive an e-mail that starts “I’m following up on your recent Google Account inquiry…”  Follow the instructions and submit the specified form.
  • If you receive a message saying “It doesn’t appear that you have filed a claim for the account indicated.” it means that either no account recovery attempts were made, or the contact address doesn’t match the one you provided above.  Follow the instructions and fix the problem.
  • Once the review in complete  you’ll receive one of two possible responses:
    • Good news! We were able to reinstate access to your account.” along with a second e-mail with a password reset link.
    • Unfortunately, based on the information you provided, we were unable to verify your ownership over the account you escalated.”  At this point the account is probably lost as there are no other options available.
 
Unfortunate footnote:  given the covid-19 situation, it appears Google is not currently doing these account reviews.  If a review happens, it may not happen for weeks.  There is nothing that can be done to make Google respond, and there are no other options available.

I understand but it's really urgent for me as I'm not aware of what to do. All my data are associated with g-account. Can you pls lend your thoughts on this one alone!

It's really urgent for everyone.  No one ever posts and says "this isn't a big deal, take your time in replying".  I operate in a FIFO mode (First In, First Out).  Perhaps someone else will get to you sooner.

A year ago, I lost my e-mail I had previously owned for at least ten years. I input the code, etc, - - and Google still did not recognize me as the owner. So, all of that information, contacts, etc was lost. Is there an actual number at Google, where a customer can speak to them to receive assistance in e-mail recovery?
