Fundamentals of Digital Marketing - How to access to Digital Garage account & download Certification

Hi, I've gained my certificate on Fundamentals of Digital Marketing the 28th Dec 2016. I am no longer able to login with my credentials as the site asks me to re-register even if I click log-in. Furthermore if I add the email I've always used, the site doesn't recognise that that email address has already been used. Please can you send me the proper log-in page so that I can download my certificate + get further education?

i think your certificate needs a bit more cropping at the bottom?

Just change the "country" under the Privacy and terms to your previously selected option when you have pursued the courses. Depending upon the device and location it may change to UK or USA or India.

Have the same issue earlier and that's why have shared the troubleshooting.

hey guys, I have experienced the same problems in the past. I managed to solve it by using this link: https://learndigital.withgoogle.com/digitalgarage-ie/plan/in_progress or if it does not work for you, try checking that the region is the one you signed up with and also go to the learning plan section. Let me know if this helps solve your problems!

I have been having the same/similar issue for months. I had completed over 80% of my course when one day i tried to log in and it said my account was being deleted. I've sent over 4 feedback forms to Google over several months and have not gotten a single response. I've tried everything to log in but it keeps saying the same thing.

Same problem here. I lost the hability to sign in by Chrome a while ago, but i use to log on using Opera. Now not even Opera. I can't log in.

I completed over 50% of the marketing course, try to log in again and it's like I never did. Google doesn't recognize my account from the course and let me register again..... now it happend2me twice!!! I am done with it. No response no help nothing. Thanks for the free course but it was a waste of time.
