My account has been “On Security Hold” for five days. What can I do in order to get my account back?

Five days ago, Google emailed me and told me that I had a security risk. On my main email. I immediately logged every device out of my account. In my worry, I reset my account password not once, but twice.
I used Apple’s Suggested Password for my first ever time for both resets. The password saved for the first reset, but not the second. When I could not access my account with the password my phone had saved, I went to reset again.
Now, instead of being able to quickly reset my account like I had before, I had to go through a long process in order to “prove” that I owned the account.
I went through this process and waited a day for any response. Decided to try to reset again with a different recovery email. Eventually, both of those requests were denied.
I have tried again, but it is approaching five days and I need my account.
I understand that there is no way to contact Google in any other way than the Account Recovery Process. My question is, what sort of information can I provide besides the ones I have provided. I gave them my phone number (that has been in the system since I made my account), the two-factor authentication (that has been used extensively), and my recovery email.
This is incredibly frustrating, and I don’t want to be making my process worse by spamming my requests. Which that may have lengthened it longer and put it in its “Security Hold.”

Try this, see if we can break the deadlock.

If you do not know the Gmail/Google account log in credentials, or have trouble accessing the Gmail/Google account, then you will need to undertake Account Recovery ("AR").  There is no other way.

Please note the following:--
  • For lost passwords, if applicable, check the  password managers in your browser,  or installed on your device.
  • If you find your password;  all good, no further assistance should be required.
  • Otherwise, Google will not return the account if you can't provide enough information to convince them as to "ownership" of the account.
  • The decision is made by Google;  not by the volunteer helpers in this forum.  We do not know the criteria Google use.
  • The response may be delayed by Google, depending on the complexity of your problem.
  • Account Recovery ("AR") is the ONLY way to recover the account.
  • If you are unwilling to undertake AR,  Google will refuse all further assistance.
  • There is no personal service from Google for free Gmail accounts.  All help in the forum only, at no charge.
  • Do not use scammers advertising in the internet, or posting here  $$$, can't help, may install ransomware, not associated with Google.
  • Don't know the account name?  Select "Forgot email" in the first step.  Without account name, recovery is not possible.
  • You can't choose the questions Google ask, and we don't know how or why they choose these questions, and not others.
  • "Security" questions may no longer be asked.  Google has deprecated these.
  • Hacked, and Google offer to send a Verification Code to an email address changed by the hacker?  Select "Try Another Way".
  • For account creation date, if needed, read  https://support.google.com/accounts/thread/2394368?msgid=2420513
  • When attempting AR, use, if possible, a device, browser, location, and connection type that recently allowed you to access the account.
  • Don't use a VPN when attempting AR.
  • When answering a question, be as accurate as possible, or "Choose Another Question" / "Try Another Way".
  • If a hacker changed recovery details, insert the details you set up, if asked for this information.
  • ID or documentation of any kind is not accepted by Google.  Neither of these prove rightful account "ownership".
  • We cannot personally assist you in this process. Only the account claimant can complete the AR.
  • Now read Gmail account recovery to understand the process.

Next thing to do:-
  • Go to Recover your Google Account or Gmail,  follow the steps in that link.
  • ONCE ONLY!  (one more time please, if you have previously tried).
  • There is no other way to regain access.

What did Google say AFTER you submitted the Account Recovery?  May have been by email, or on screen when you completed the process. (Redact anything personal).  We need to know this, in order to provide you with more assistance, if possible.

From what you have posted, Google are helping you;  there is no way to expedite this.

Come back with the reply from Google, if you need more assistance.  FULL reply (redact anything private) is required.

Before doing this, please wait five (5) business days after you received the last delay notification from Google.   Weekends (Saturday & Sunday), and US public holidays, are not "business days".    Google often take longer to make a decision, than advised to you. (Depending on your account configuration, the resolution may not as simple as originally suspected.)

In the meanwhile, do not keep attempting to recover the account.  You will go to the end of the queue, and may be blocked for spamming.  Continually trying will not help at all, and in fact can be detrimental.  You need to be patient.

Thank you for such a speedy reply!

This is the response I received yesterday and the other times that I have completed the process.
Is there any harm in requesting again since I have not gotten a response from my previous request that I sent yesterday?

Was that reply AFTER you submitted the AR, as suggested?

Oh, another thing! Because of the double initial reset, I had used the password that my phone had saved for my account. However, for my latest request, I used the password the I am for sure I have used in the past.
Does that make any difference?
And that was before I sent my most recent one (it was in response to my second, not my third).
