I can't change my name in "personal info" on my business gmail account

Question

I need my customers to see my company name as the sender, not my actual name when I send them and email. I have a business email account and G Suite, but both my personal email and business email account are in my personal name under "personal info" & "profile". I only realised this was an issue when I tested an email campaign via my website on Squarespace, and the newsletter "from" field includes my full name and it should be my business name. When I try to change my name on my business gmail account it says that I can't change my name (and my photo actually). The only solution so far is to change my name in my personal gmail account which would then mean my personal emails come up as from my business account. Phew, I hope that made sense.

Please use https://support.google.com/a/thread/new?hl=en if, in future, another G Suite (or Google Groups) problem arises.  Not for this current issue!
 
(Are you aware of 24/7/365  personal support available, as part of your G Suite plan,  to the domain administrator of qualified G Suite accounts, if needed? - see admin.google.com -> Support  )
