I understand how frustrating it is to lose access to your account but the only way to recover your account is through Account Recovery Form. Take some time with this form and give your best to provide most accurate answers. That's the only way to prove that you are rightful owner.
 
Account recovery tips:  
  • Use a computer, phone or tablet you used to frequently signed into your account.
  • Use the same browser like Chrome or Safari that you usually used to sing into your account.
  • Make sure to be in a location from where you usually signed in as at your home or at work.
  • Do not attempt account recovery form multiple times in a row because you will get blocked.
Note: Google take account privacy and security very seriously and will return account back only when you provide enough accurate information to prove that you are rightful owner.

Because Google doesn't ask for much personal information when you sign up for an account, Google don't have many ways to verify that you own an account. To confirm that you're the real owner, Google need specific details during the recovery process. Identification documents are not acceptable as a proof of ownership because it's not considered as a secure method.

Note: Phone support is not available for free, consumer Gmail accounts. Also there is no any other option for free users to contact Google directly. There is no "magic wand", or shortcut to recover an account. If recovery fails, the account is usually lost, especially if you are not attempting recovery form from known location/device or recovery options are not available. Last option is to wait one week, with no attempt to recover it whatsoever, and then try AR again (some users have replied that this has helped)
