my language was changed to Arabic even though in my settings it shows that it is Hebrew

i tried to change the language but it shows in the setting that the language is hebrew and not arabic. so there is nothing to change. i've tried to delete all the history and set the language again but still noting worked!!

Nevermind, while writing that reply, a litlle text box appeared saying that not all my devices were in English UK, when I clicked on "Set them" it fixed my problem, so maybe you have the same problem. Just go to the languages page and wait some time and see if it appears too. Good luck !

To change your language in Google products see this page.

Also https://myaccount.google.com/preferences?pli=1#localization

Also try this (may be covered above?) Chrome settings > Show advanced settings > Languages > Language and input settings

Google may also use your IP details.

Changes may take 24-48 hours to be reflected. Please be patient.

Just solved the problem on my end.

Look for the settings tab (marked by an arrow)

and then select languages to set to your preference.

Still can't fix it, cuz I don't understand Arabic.... I understand the description but I can't find my way, it was a hell just to log in to post this... Iv had this problem for weeks, iv never been in any Arabic country or so

This is damn irritating to a point I went to change my browser, for me it turned to hindi !!

I don't speak or read Hindi in anyway !!!

Should be locked to English for me all time !

same, there will be some hindi writing above the search that u searched, click the second blue link and then it will transfer u to another tab. then u can check the English box and click save, boom.

I just had this same issue. I realized I was using a vpn and once i turned the vpn off, the problem was resolved. I don't know if this will help anyone just thought I would try to help anyone that I could.
