Manage saved passwords from the web

If you use Chrome sync, or Google Smart Lock for Passwords on Android, you can view the passwords you’ve saved in Chrome and Android on any browser by visiting passwords.google.com. This will make it easier for you to view your login information from other browsers.

View or delete saved passwords

To view the passwords you’ve saved, go to passwords.google.com. There, you’ll find a list of accounts with saved passwords.

  • To see a password, select Preview Preview.
  • To delete a password, select Delete Delete.

Note: If you use a sync passphrase, you won’t be able to see your passwords through this page, but you can see your passwords in Chrome’s settings.

By default, Chrome encrypts your synced passwords with a key that is stored in your Google Account. You can choose to encrypt all of your synced data with a separate sync passphrase instead.
