Change or reset your password

You can change your password for security reasons or reset it if you forget it. Your Google Account password is used to access many Google products, like Gmail and YouTube.

Change your password

    1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Gmail app Gmail.
    2. In the top right, tap your profile picture or initial and then Manage your Google Account. If you don't use Gmail, go to

  2. Under "Profile," tap Password.
  3. Enter your new password, then select Change Password.

Reset your password
