We've gotten reports about some users being signed out of their accounts unexpectedly. We're investigating, but not to worry: there is no indication that this is connected to any phishing or account security threats. Please try to sign-in again at accounts.google.com and if you cannot remember your password, please use this link to recover your password. If you use 2-Step Verification, there may have been a delay in receiving your SMS code. Please try again or use backup codes.

Create a Google Account

You can sign up for a Google Account to use Gmail, Google+, YouTube, and other Google products with the same username and password.

Create a Google Account

To create a Google Account, go to the Create your Google Account page.

You can also select the Create account link beneath the sign in box in the middle of any Google sign-in page.

Check if you have a Google Account

If you've signed in to any Google product before (like Gmail, Google+ or YouTube), you already have a Google Account. You can use the same username and password you created for that product to sign in to any new Google products you'd like to try.

If you can't remember ever signing in and would like to check if you have an account, just enter your email address on the password-assistance page. If there's no Google Account associated with your email address, you'll get a message that says "Couldn't find your Google Account. Try again."

If you forgot your username or password, visit the Trouble signing in page.

Email notifications to your account

If you signed up for Gmail with your Google Account, we’ll send all account related notification emails to your new Gmail address, which will be your username@gmail.com.

If you'd like to change where you get notifications, you can do so by signing in to My Account. Learn more about security notifications.
