Signing in to your Google Apps account
If you're having trouble signing in, you may want to read through our tips on signing in with your Google Apps account.
If you’re a Google Apps user, your account is likely managed by a company, organization, or school. You can’t reset or recover your password for your Apps account on this page because your domain administrator has restricted password changes. If you'd like to reset your password or set up account recovery options, you need to contact your domain administrator. This person is the owner of your domain, and can likely be reached by contacting your organization’s Information Technology (IT) department.
If your organization doesn’t have an IT department, contact the owner of your domain. For example, if your email address is email@example.com, you’ll need to contact the owner of www.example.com.
If you're a Google Apps administrator, you can use the password reset method for admins to regain access to your account.
