The Disability Support team is available to answer questions about using assistive technology with Google products and accessibility features and functionalities within Google products. Support is available in English only, Monday through Friday 8 AM–5 PM PT.

Contact a specialist through Be My Eyes
You can contact a Google Disability Support specialist through the Be My Eyes app on your phone or tablet.
This option is available in Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Ireland, India, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
- On your phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app .
- In the search bar, search for the Be My Eyes app.
- Tap Install.
- Tap Open.
- Complete the individual user setup.
- Tap Specialized Help Google.
- Tap Call Google.
- A call begins automatically, connecting you with a Google Disability Support specialist.
