4. Start using Outlook

When you create your Google Workspace profile in Microsoft Outlook, you can start using it right away.

Start Outlook & choose your profile

1. For Set Up Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft Outlook, click Start Microsoft Outlook.

   You can do this even if your data is importing.

2. Select your Google Workspace profile.
3. (Optional) To use this profile as your default option, click Options and check Set as default profile.
4. Click OK.

When Outlook opens your Google Workspace profile, GWSMO begins synchronizing data with your Google Workspace account.
