Draft corporate profiles

When a new executive joins the company, quickly draft their profile for the company website. Gemini for Google Workspace can do this based solely on the job role. Or you can ask it to include something personal about the new executive. Gemini can draft the profile, typically creating placeholder information that you can replace and refine.

Setup:

In a Google Doc, use Help me Write  to write new text.

Open cheatsheet

Prompt:

"Help me write a corporate profile for our company web site about a new [job role] joining the company. Mention [something personal about the person]."

Examples of the job role might be "CFO" or "VP of Marketing." Something personal might be a particular hobby or past accomplishment from the person's public job profile.

Rewrite content as a press release

After you complete your blog post, corporate profile, or other event you want to announce to the public, let Gemini for Google Workspace help turn it into a press release. Gemini can provide the framework of a typical press release, with placeholder information that you can refine.

Create an executive one-pager

Gemini for Google Workspace can help you surface complex ideas to leadership by rewriting a long document as a one-page executive summary. Summarize highlights of a new technology, or briefly outline a new marketing campaign. Let Gemini do the hard work of generating the first draft, which you can more quickly refine.

Setup:

In a Google Doc, insert and then select the information you want to summarize. Then use Help me Write  to enter a prompt asking Gemini about the selection.

Open cheatsheet

Prompt:

"This [complex topic] is too long for our executive leadership to read. Rewrite this document as a one-page executive summary. Use shorter sentences and paragraphs that include bullet points to highlight key points."
