In Google Meet, if you organize a video meeting with 5 or more participants or create a live stream event, you can get an attendance report.
Note: If your administrator turned this feature off for your organization, you won’t receive attendance reports or see an option to turn them on or off. |
Turn attendance tracking on or off in Meet
- Open Meet and join a meeting.
- At the bottom, click Menu
Settings
Host controls.
- Turn Attendance tracking on or off.
Turn attendance tracking on or off in a new Calendar event
- Open Calendar.
- Click Create.
- Click Add Google Meet video conferencing.
- Click Settings
check or uncheck the Attendance tracking box.
- Click Save.
- Finish setting up your event.
Turn attendance tracking on or off in an existing Calendar event
- Open Calendar.
- Click an existing meeting
click Edit event
.
- Next to Join with Google Meet, click Settings
check or uncheck the Attendance tracking box.
- Click Save.
