I'm the company admin. and an employee is out with an illness. How do I get into her email?

I need to get into an employee email that is out with long term illness. Please help a non-techie

The simplest way would be to change the password on the account so you can sign in. When the employee returns, you can reset the password again to give them access again.

When I try to do this they person gets a text message with the code number, how do I change without having to get the code number. HELP!

when the admin change the user password they the user do not get any type of email just uncheck the box to send the user notication see https://support.google.com/a/answer/33319?hl=en
