Start a new subscription
If you can't upgrade or downgrade to the edition you want, you can instead start over with a new subscription. To do this:
- Delete your organization’s current Google Account.
Important: This deletes all user accounts, data, and billing records for all your current subscriptions.
-
Wait for us to clear your domain from our systems (typically takes 24 hours).
- Sign up for the edition of your choice.
Important: If you cancel a subscription for G Suite Business or Enterprise edition, you need to wait 60 days before you can sign up for any edition of G Suite again.
