Start a new subscription

If you can't upgrade or downgrade to the edition you want, you can instead start over with a new subscription. To do this:

  1. Delete your organization’s current Google Account.

Important: This deletes all user accounts, data, and billing records for all your current subscriptions.

  2. Wait for us to clear your domain from our systems (typically takes 24 hours).

  3. Sign up for the edition of your choice.

Important: If you cancel a subscription for G Suite Business or Enterprise edition, you need to wait 60 days before you can sign up for any edition of G Suite again.
