Contacted by collections agency on behalf of Google

If your payment for Google Cloud subscription isn't received in full by the due date, Google might work with an external collections agency.

This agency may:

  • Send you a combination of letters and emails that request payment on behalf of Google.

  • Ask you to sign in to your Google Cloud account and make the payment online using the forms of payment available to you.
