Locate your G Suite Phone Support PIN

To contact the G Suite phone support team, you need to provide your G Suite administrator PIN. Learn more about contacting G Suite support.

  1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

    Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).

  2. At the top right, click Help Help.
  3. At the bottom of the Help window, click Contact support Contact support.
  4. If prompted, click G Suite, Jamboard, or Chrome browser and devices.
  5. Click Phone.
  6. Under How can we help?, enter text to describe your issue and click Continue To Phone.
  7. If you see a help topic that relates to your issue, click it to review. If you still need help, click Continue To Phone and then Get PIN.

The PIN is valid for 60 minutes, after which you can generate a new one, if needed.
