Locate your G Suite Phone Support PIN

To contact the G Suite phone support team, you need to provide your G Suite administrator PIN. Learn more about contacting G Suite support.

  1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

    Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).

  2. At the top right, click
  3. In the Help window, click Contact support .
  4. (Optional) Select G Suite, Chrome browser and devices, or Jamboard.
  5. Click Phone.
  6. Under How can we help?, enter text to describe your issue and click Continue To Phone.
  7. If you see a help topic that relates to your issue, click it to review. If you still need help, click Continue To Phone > Get PIN.

    A PIN is generated.

The PIN is valid for 60 minutes, after which you can generate a new one if needed.
