Google Apps Support PIN

24/7 phone, email and chat support is available for your Google Apps for Work account. If you're calling, you must provide your PIN for authentication and verification purposes.

You don't need a PIN for chat or email support. Log in to your account and click on the Contact Us button to see all contact options.

To locate your PIN:

  1. Sign in to the Google Admin console.
  2. Click Support in your Admin console dashboard.
  3. Click the product you’re contacting us about (such as Google Apps or Chrome). 
  4. Click the get PIN button and the PIN for that product displays.
Your PIN will expire after 1 hour. 

Can't find your PIN? PINs are available only for administrators of Google Apps for Work, Government, Education, or Nonprofit accounts. If you sign in to a free edition of Google Apps, no PIN is available in your Admin console.

To safeguard the security of your Google Apps account and ensure that changes to your account are only made by authorized administrators from your organization, your Google Admin console contains a unique identifier for your account, known as a PIN. Your PIN may vary, depending on the product you're calling about. For example, your PIN for Google Apps will be different than your PIN for Chrome Management. Note that legacy static customer PINs have been retired.
