Locate your G Suite Support PIN
24/7 phone, email and chat support is available for your G Suite administrator account. If you're calling, you must provide your PIN for authentication and verification purposes.
You don't need a PIN for chat or email support. Log in to your account, and click on the Contact Us button to see all contact options.
To locate your PIN:
- Sign in to the Support page in the Google Admin console.
- Click the product you’re contacting us about (such as G Suite or Chrome Management).
- Click the Get PIN button, and the PIN for that product displays.
Can't find your PIN? PINs are available only for administrators of G Suite, Government, Education, or Nonprofit accounts. If you sign in to a free edition of G Suite, no PIN is available in your Admin console.
