Google Apps Support PIN
24/7 phone, email and chat support is available for your Google Apps for Work account. If you're calling, you must provide your PIN for authentication and verification purposes.
You don't need a PIN for chat or email support. Log in to your account and click on the Contact Us button to see all contact options.
To locate your PIN:
- Sign in to the Google Admin console.
- Click Support in your Admin console dashboard.
- Click the product you’re contacting us about (such as Google Apps or Chrome).
- Click the get PIN button and the PIN for that product displays.
Can't find your PIN? PINs are available only for administrators of Google Apps for Work, Government, Education, or Nonprofit accounts. If you sign in to a free edition of Google Apps, no PIN is available in your Admin console.
