Telmex/Triara: Set up G Suite MX records
Triara does not allow you to access the DNS console, so you must call Triara and ask them to make the change.
- First, call 01 800 026 0000 option 4, and ask Triara to change the DNS records so that they direct your mail to Google. Ask the representative to remove the MX records that refer to Triara
- Include the MX record values shown in the MX record values table.
- To follow up with Triara, send an email to email@example.com asking for them to make a change in your MX records.
