Telmex/Triara: TXT records

Triara does not allow you to access the DNS console, so you must call Triara and ask them to make the change.

  1. First, call 01 800 026 0000 option 4, and ask Triara to add a new DNS record so you can verify your domain. Ask the representative to insert your exclusive security token as a TXT record. The token, which can be found in the setup wizard in your control panel, is a chain of 68 characters that starts with google-site-verification:, followed by another 43 characters.

  2. To follow up with Triara, send an email to facturacion@triara.com asking for them to add the new TXT record.
