You can assign your Google Meet Series One Desk 27 to a room or personal calendar in Google Calendar. Then, when the room or person is added to a Calendar event, the meeting name appears on the device screen. Users can tap the event name to join the meeting.

Assign a calendar to a device

Sign in to your Google Admin console.
Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).

If you’re setting up a new device, click Unnamed device. The serial number should match the number printed on the back of the device.
- (Optional) To enter basic device information:
- Click Device settings and enter a device name, location, and internal Asset ID.
- Click Device settings to collapse the panel and return to the device details.
- Click Video conferencing and calendar, select a room or personal calendar, and click Save.
Tip: Select Pair to a Meet hardware device to use the board to present in video calls on another device. Select Off to turn off video conferencing and unpair the calendar.
