To stop using Google AppSheet at your organization, cancel your AppSheet subscription. If you’re billed on a monthly Flex Plan, canceling your subscription immediately stops further billing for AppSheet services. See also Why was I charged after cancellation?
Canceling your subscription terminates all your AppSheet licenses. You can cancel AppSheet and keep your other subscriptions active, such as Google Workspace. Or, to delete all your subscriptions, learn how to Cancel Google Workspace.
If you have an active Google Workspace subscription, after you cancel AppSheet you can still access your billing accounts.
Cancel a subscription

Sign in with a super administrator account to the Google Admin console.
If you aren’t using a super administrator account, you can’t complete these steps.

In the Admin console, go to Menu BillingSubscriptions.
- Click AppSheet (Core) or AppSheet Enterprise Plus.
- Click Cancel Subscription.

Choose a reason for leaving and then click Continue.

Review the cancellation details and if you agree, check the confirmation box.

At the bottom, enter your administrator email address and click Cancel My Subscription.
