Cancel your AppSheet subscription

To stop using AppSheet at your organization, cancel your AppSheet subscription. If you’re billed on a monthly Flex Plan, canceling your subscription immediately stops further billing for AppSheet services. See also Why was I charged after cancellation?

Canceling your subscription terminates all your AppSheet licenses. You can cancel AppSheet and keep your other subscriptions active, such as Google Workspace. Or, to delete all your subscriptions, learn how to Cancel Google Workspace.

If you have an active Google Workspace subscription, after you cancel AppSheet you can still access your billing accounts.

If you have a Google Workspace edition that includes AppSheet Core, you and other users in your organization automatically have access to an AppSheet Core license, even after you cancel your AppSheet subscription as described in this section.

Cancel a subscription

You must be signed in as a super administrator for this task.
  1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

    Sign in using an account with super administrator privileges (does not end in @gmail.com).

  2. In the Admin console, go to Menu and then Billingand thenSubscriptions.
  3. Click AppSheet (Core) or AppSheet Enterprise Plus.
  4. Click Cancel Subscription.

    Read about charges after you cancel.

  5. Choose a reason for leaving and then click Continue.

  6. Review the cancellation details and if you agree, check the confirmation box.

  7. At the bottom, enter your administrator email address and click Cancel My Subscription.
