Google Workspace administrators using the Access Management feature must purchase Assured Support to receive relevant support services. Assured Support is a Value Add Service available to Premium Support customers at an additional cost.
Assured Support includes the following:
- Ability to restrict Support Services to specific geographical locations or attribute-based personnel requirements—Restrictions are based on the Access Management policy that an administrator applies.
- Access to existing Premium Support features—By delivering all the same key benefits and features of Premium Support (including response times) with an added layer of controls, Assured Support helps customers meet compliance requirements without compromising the level and quality of support.
Note: Live phone support is not currently available with Assured Support. For assistance, Assured Support customers should open a support case through the Google Admin console after setting up the Access Management feature.

Currently, you can select one of the following Access Management policies:
- No preference
- Access by U.S. Google staff only
- Access by CJIS-authorized and IRS 1075-authorized Google staff only
