Statistics allows you to learn more about how your business listing performs. This information shows you how users interact with your listing, and you can use these insights to make your listing more relevant to potential customers.
The default date range for statistics is the last 30 days. If you’d like to search for statistics from a different date range, simply choose your preferred date range at the top of the page and click Apply.
Impressions
Impressions indicate the number of times your listing has been displayed during a search on Google or Google Maps, in addition to Google Maps Mobile (on select mobile devices).
All sources
All sources shows the total number of clicks that were made within your Places listing. You can now view clicks made on Google and Google Maps, in addition to Google Maps Mobile.
The sources include:
- Directions
- Place Page
- Add as contact (GMM only)
- Call (GMM only)
- Place Bubble (GMM only)
View actions with no activity
In the Totals section, you can now view user actions that have had no activity for a specific time period.
Activity
This section gives you a breakdown of All impressions and All sources of user clicks. Not only will you see where the impressions and actions are taking place, but we also provide information on which links your customers are clicking on and which actions they are taking.
Searches that returned your business
These searches are the top Google search queries (on Google, Google Maps & Google Maps Mobile) for which your business listing appeared, along with the number of times that users saw your business listing in the search results for those queries.
Locations used in searches for your business
See the top locations used in Google search queries for which your business listing appeared. You can also see the number of times that users saw your business listing in the search results for those queries.
Where driving directions requests come from
If your business receives enough requests for driving directions, you’ll be provided with a list of the top locations where your customers are coming from.
Please keep in mind that statistics may not be in real time. Statistics are compiled over the past 30 days and may take 48 hours to populate in your Places dashboard, so we can’t guarantee the complete accuracy of the provided statistics.
