How can I update my business listing on zagat.com?
You may update your business listing by claiming your listing in Google My Business. You'll verify your business, and then have access to a variety of services to update your business information and communicate with your customers. The following business information may be updated via Google My Business:
- Name correction
- Phone number
If you'd like to request a factual correction to a review (such as a chef change, decor change, or menu item that's no longer offered), please fill out this form. Please note that all listings updates may take 48 hours or more to be reflected on Zagat.com.
To add or update any menu data, please email our partner, SinglePlatform, at email@example.com with the following information:
- The name of your restaurant.
- A link to the restaurant's Zagat listing.
- Either a URL pointing to the correct menu or an attachment (.doc or .pdf) of the correct menu.
The SinglePlatform team will ensure that all menu data is updated within 2 business days of the request, free of charge. Please note that SinglePlatform currently only supports menus in the United States and Canada.
If your business is Zagat-rated and you own photos that you would like to include on Zagat.com and in our mobile apps, please email the photos (or a link to access them) along with any photo credit as needed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please also include the following information:
- Business name
- Business address
- Business phone number
- Business website address
- Your first and last name
Note: By submitting photos to Zagat/Google, you are agreeing to allow Google to use these photos in accordance with Google's terms of service. If in the future you want to manage these or other photos of your business on Google you can do so by visiting Google My Business and claiming your restaurant's page.
