I am having difficulty accessing the survey and/or the survey is giving me an error page.
We apologize for the difficulty you are experiencing accessing the survey. There are several suggestions that may help:
- Update your browser to the latest version.
- Try using a Chrome browser to participate. Download Chrome for Windows or download Chrome for Apple.
- Temporarily lower your security settings to medium. If you have a firewall, this may prevent you from accessing our survey interface at survey.zagat.com, so you may have to temporarily suspend your firewall as well.
- Make sure your screen resolution is set to 1024 x 768 pixels or higher. This will ensure that you are seeing the entire web page and all of its features.
