I am having difficulty accessing the survey and/or the survey is giving me an error page.

  1. Update your browser to the latest version.
  2. Try using a Chrome browser to participate. Download Chrome for Windows or download Chrome for Apple.
  3. Temporarily lower your security settings to medium. If you have a firewall, this may prevent you from accessing our survey interface at survey.zagat.com, so you may have to temporarily suspend your firewall as well.
  4. Make sure your screen resolution is set to 1024 x 768 pixels or higher. This will ensure that you are seeing the entire web page and all of its features.
