What do Zagat ratings mean?
The dimensional ratings are as follows:
| 26 - 30 | extraordinary to perfection |
| 21 - 25 | very good to excellent |
| 16 - 20 | good to very good |
| 11 - 15 | fair to good |
| 0 - 10 | poor to fair |
For restaurants, the cost includes the price of dinner with one drink and tip; lunch is usually 25-30% less. For unrated newcomers, the price range is as follows:

| M (moderate) - $26-40 |
| E (expensive) - $41-65 |
| VE (very expensive) - $66 and above |
