I have 2 televisions. I am buffering on Library recordings and on live TV. I have cleared the cache. Internet is strong. This only happening on the 1 TV. The other TV has no issues. The buffering problem on the one TV, is also affecting my Netflix sign in. Both have error codes.
If it is a smart tv, would strongly recommend buying a dedicated streaming device like Chromecast, Apple TV or Roku. Built-in streaming hardware is typically mediocre even when the TV is new, and performance only gets worse over time.
I obtained YouTube streaming service June 2024, added 2 TV's at the same time. Had no issues at all and then all of a sudden, the one TV seems to buffer on YouTube app only. Amazon fire stick has not been issues or Amazon prime Videos or TV. We use Netflix for both TV's; it now has an error code on the buffering TV. I have checked the speed, not an issue. I have cleared the cache, no issues. I am able to watch live TV, and library recorded shows on the second TV. After 6 months without any issues, sudden buffering became an issue on only the one TV. I would have imagined, issues would have arisen soon after June 2024, not 6 months later. Maybe its YouTube issue? That would be most unlikely since the 2nd television has not issues. Head scratcher.
