If you are a YouTube TV subscriber who still needs help redeeming your $20 credit, you can find steps in this article. Note that we are currently experiencing high contact volumes and if you contact us, you may notice longer than normal wait times.

Troubleshooting notification issues

You should receive an alert for live airings of selected programs when you turn on notifications by selecting Notify Notifications.

If you don't get a notification, it may be because:
  • Notifications are not enabled on your device. You can turn notifications on in your device's settings.
  • YouTube TV sets limits on how many notifications you can get in a 10-minute period. We may hold off sending you more notifications if you get several notifications during the same period.
  • An episode or event is a rerun, not a new airing, so we wouldn't send you a notification.
