Unfortunately I didn't find any bit rate, but for what I tested, I think is one of the best services for now.

Right now YouTube Music streams and downloads at 128kbps HE-AAC (automatically dropping to 64kbps HE-AAC in less optimal network conditions). We will soon be offering the ability to select high-quality 256kbps AAC for both streaming and downloading.
