The Library and Downloads option I described can be seen at the top of the screen grab below (from my Android phone)...

Once you tap that, you'll see something like this:

You can see the "Show Device Files" option (turned off for me, because I don't use the feature). Tap to turn it on. Device files should then show up in the library as I explained in my first answer. If not, restart your phone and they should appear. If not, I've no idea.

If it's the same as Android (I don't have an iPhone) you need to...
* Open the YouTube Music app.
* Tap your picture at the top right.
* Tap Settings.
* Tap Library and Downloads.
* Tap Show Device Files.

The songs should then appear on the Library tab, then Songs (or Albums, or Artists), and then the Uploads tab at the top of the screen.

Downloading is a Premium feature, so if you want to download anything other than your uploaded music you need to take out a Premium subscription.

I know you use ios - in my initial response I said that I don't use Apple stuff, but if it's the same as Android the process would be as follows, and I then explained how you'd enable them.

I'll be honest with you - looking at the help centre (above) there's a page about using YouTube Music with other devices and services, and device files are listed under Android but not ios. Apple being Apple, it could be that device files aren't supported as ios doesn't give you access to your device's file system (so I believe), so it may be that you're out of luck here.
