YouTube Music uses your recent top artists and songs to create a custom mix experience that’s featured on your channel page. Your mix updates daily for your enjoyment, or for others to discover.

To share your personal mix, make your personal mix public.

Create a custom mix experience

You can create custom mix experiences in YouTube Music using the YouTube Music app.

1. Open the YouTube Music app on your mobile device.
2. Go to Library New Mix .
3. Select artists to build your mix experience and click Next.
4. Customize your mix by selecting:
   • Artist variety: How much variance you’d like between artists within your mix experience
   • Music discovery: How familiar you are with artists added to your mix
   • Filters: Additional features that may impact your mix, such as BPM, popularity, and mood
5. Tap Done to create your mix.

You can adjust the custom settings of your mix at time by tapping Tune on the mix page. To continue developing your station as you listen, tap Up Next from the player and tap a category to change the songs in your queue.
