Channel pages

The YouTube Gaming app will go away on May 30, but you’ll be able to find all of your favorite gaming videos in the YouTube main app at Learn more about Gaming on YouTube here.

A channel page provides a single place to view videos and content from your favorite YouTube Gaming creators. You can subscribe to a channel to keep up with the latest videos, get notified when they go live, and more.

At the top of the page, you’ll see the channel art. If the channel is currently livestreaming, the stream will appear there instead. The red dot indicates that a channel is live.

Navigate the channel page

You’ll find sections that organize the channel’s content into livestreams, completed streams, uploads, and more.

From your mobile device, swipe right and left to browse each section. You can swipe up to dive into a section, and swipe back down to go back to the main channel view.

Subscribe to a channel

When you subscribe a channel, you’ll be able to keep track of all the newest videos and livestreams. To subscribe, click or tap  SUBSCRIBE on the channel page.

View subscriptions

You can find your subscriptions and browse featured channels under the CHANNELS section on the right side of your homepage. You can also search for channels using the search bar.

Remove a channel

To remove a channel from your subscriptions, click or tap the check mark   on the channel page.

Manage app notifications

You can turn on notifications to let you know when a channel has uploaded a new video or is starting a livestream. Learn more about how to control notifications here.
