The weekly maintenance window for Aspera dropboxes is Wednesday from 1am-5am Pacific time. If you upload content during that time, your Aspera client may be disconnected from the dropbox. If that happens, reconnect to the dropbox after five to ten minutes and redeliver the complete metadata file.
