Please mind, here in the YouTube Help Community, we do not review applications and posting here will not help your channel get reviewed faster.
If you’ve applied to the YouTube Partner Program and your application is under review, read below for more details.
What’s the average review time for YouTube Partner Program applications?
The average review time for YouTube Partner Program applications is one month. If it's only been 1 week since you applied, it's normal not to hear back yet and there's no way to expedite the review process. Please mind, here in the YouTube Help Community, we do not review applications and posting here will not help your channel get reviewed faster. The best thing you can do is keep uploading original content to your channel as the more info to review, the better!
It’s been several months and I still haven’t heard back?
If it's been several months and you still haven't heard back, you should confirm that your channel is eligible for a review (minimum of 4,000 watch hours and 1,000 subscribers). If your channel is eligible, this means the review team did not come to a final decision during the initial review. Your channel is being held for a secondary review, which will happen sometime in the future. This can happen if the majority of your videos are private (not public) for your channel, or if some of your content is borderline not acceptable for YPP.
What’s next if my channel is being held for a second review?
The review team will put extra effort and resources into reviewing your channel multiple times before making a final decision. Please be patience as these additional reviews take time and human resources. We plan to share out these final decisions during the first few months of 2019. Again, there is no way to expedite this review process.
