Why is my Restricted Mode not turning off no on my mainly used account no matter what I try? 0 Recommended Answers 2 Replies 5 Upvotes
So, for what I believe to be the past week, Restricted Mode has been on even though I've done multiple things to try and turn it off. I first just went to my settings (on youtube of course) and switched it off on my phone, and I proceeded to do this multiple times along with refreshing after, and then going and trying to watch the video. But it kept saying that restricted mode was on and I can't watch it. It didn't only happen with that one video. I did this same thing many times through out the week, and nothing ever changed. Same problem. So, then I decided to try other things by doing the same thing I just described and refreshing and then deleting the app and re-downloading it to see if it would go away. I even logged out and logged back in. Same Problem. I decided to try it on my computer, and like usual went to my settings, found where it said "Restricted Mode" and then just clicked to switch it off. Then I refreshed the page and it went back to being on Restricted Mode. I did this same things (on my computer) multiple times and it kept just going back. I don't know what else to do. If you could try and fix this so I can watch whatever videos, that would be great. Thanks, and to whoever is reading this, I hope you have a nice day :) If you wanna update me on anything, please email me.
