We’re introducing new student plans for YouTube Music and YouTube Premium, giving university and college students discounted access to our new music streaming service and ad-free YouTube, as well as original series and movies. Student plans are available to all full-time students at an accredited college or university in the United States, and will expand to more countries in the future. Learn more about eligibility requirements for Student plans.
YouTube Music has official songs, albums, and thousands of playlists plus a vast catalog of remixes, live performances, covers and music videos–all with ad-free and offline access. YouTube Premium includes all the benefits of YouTube Music, and extends that ad-free experience across main YouTube and includes access to YouTube Originals.

The pricing details: Students who sign up by January 31, 2019 can lock in YouTube Premium for $5.99 per month. Students signing up after January 31 can get YouTube Premium for $6.99 per month. The YouTube Music Premium student plan is available for $4.99 per month.
