I'm only noticing this issue of very recently. I can't download videos, can't watch in the background.
When I try downloading a video, it tells me I need to upgrade Premium, even though when I go to my account, it tells me that I am a premium member. It lists my credit/debit card info, and the next pay period.
This question is locked and replying has been disabled.
