I need to speak with somebody about my YouTube Google account bill

I would like to speak to somebody about my YouTube Google account bill I was paying $70 at a certain point of time and now I'm paying $90 I was not informed that the price of went up on the YouTube Google account

I would like somebody to please contact me about my YouTube Google account bill I was paying $70 prior to now I'm paying $90 and I don't see the reason why I'm paying so much for my account when nothing has changed
