When I try to watch YouTube on my tv,like I've been enjoying for months, the picture is too big now. It started today 12/13 and I can't stand it.

I'm having the same problem. really annoying >:( I even tried unsubscribing and then re subscribing, and now I can't even log in. no feed except kiddie cartoons. boooooo youtube!

Yup me too. 2 days now. Tried deleting restarting etc. roku fine w other channels wwe Netflix. Etc so YouTube issue. Fix it yeah? Going good for as long as I can recall. Now what a buzz kill

Same problem here. I get YT via my Roku player. Only YT display is too large for my 42" tv. All other items on Roku (and cable) are normal. This started Dec 13.

Found the answer. Recent email report that older versions of Roku players...….after 2013......can no longer be updated (like mine). Replace it with Roku Express. It connects with a HDMI cable. Cost is $24.99 from Roku...….free shipping. It will receive updates from channel platforms, such as YouTube. This is info I received from Roku. I am waiting for mine to arrive...…..hoping (as told me), that screen size issue will be resolved when I use the Roku Express model.

Exact same problem here on Roku 1. My Roku 1 received a software update on 12/18/19, so I have to believe that it is still being supported. Hoping that Roku will confirm this one way or the other. I don't want to spend yet another 25 or 30 dollars if they are going to fix the too big for screen YouTube issue.

Hundreds if not thousands are having this same issue with the older and newer model rokus. No choice but to watch something other than you tube.

I was having the same problem as evryone else pic being too large for tv screen for about three weeks. Until this evening 01/09/20 after clicking into youtube channel the pic adjusted back to the correct size for my tv screen .i have the roku 1
