Are Hidden Users Comments Automatically Deleted Forever on Youtube? I am a creator

and i notice when I hide abusive commenters from channel what they have previously comment becomes unviewable

So Does Unhiding Them From Youtube Return their comments back to previously where it was , or are their comments become unable to return, delete from youtube forever?

Please Explain! Thanks because I have to return some of the hidden user’s comment.

It does not return the comments as unhiding does not work retrospectively.

Their comments are not deleted in the sense you mean as they can still see their comments when they post them just no one else can. This is so that they do not realise their comments re blocked and try to get round it with another account.
